1st January 2008 - New Cinema complex now open in Kusadasi
Kusadasi now has a new cinema complex that has opened in the recently built Kipa Shopping Centre.  Movies are shown in English and Turkish and more information on what is being shown can be seen at www.cinemarine.info

9th October 2007 - New Supermarket has opened in Kusadasi!
A Tesco-Kipa supermarket has recently opened in Kusadasi and is the biggest supermarket in the area.  The supermarket is part of a larger shopping complex which has a range of restaurants, shops and a movie cinema which will be opening in December.  With shuttle buses going to and from this shopping centre as well as normal local transport links it is easy accessible and has been welcomed by both Turkish and Ex-pat locals. 

6th October 2007 - Turkish Banks Offer Mortgages to Foreigners
A number of Turkish banks are now offering mortgages to foreigners wanting to buy property in Turkey.  The application and approval process is not too dissimilar to what foreign buyers will know from their own countries.  Up to 65% of the property value will be loaned although the minimum amount that can be borrowed is €35, 000.  For more information on these mortgage products and how to go about applying for one please do not hesitate to contact Affordable Kusadasi
